Listing Policy

Who Can Be Listed

Tennessee Valley Churches lists Christian congregations only. To be eligible for listing, a church must:

• Worship Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• Affirm the Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
• Preach the Gospel as revealed in the Holy Bible
• Hold regular worship services or gatherings
• Be located within our service area (McMinn, Monroe, Bradley, Polk, Meigs, or Loudon County, Tennessee)

Who Cannot Be Listed

The following are not eligible for listing in our directory:

• Non-Christian religions or faith traditions
• Organizations that deny the deity of Jesus Christ or the Holy Trinity
• Cults or groups that use Christian terminology but deviate from orthodox Christian doctrine
• Churches located outside our service counties
• Organizations that are not active, worshipping congregations

Submission Review

All church submissions are reviewed by our team before being published. We reserve the right to:

• Approve or decline any submission at our discretion
• Edit submitted information for accuracy, clarity, or appropriateness
• Remove a listing at any time if it is found to be ineligible or inaccurate
• Contact the submitter for additional information before approving

Accuracy of Information

Church representatives are responsible for ensuring their listing information is accurate and up to date. If your church information changes (new pastor, new service times, new address), please submit an update through our submit page.

Photos

Photos submitted with church listings must be of the church building or church-related activities. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use and share that image. We reserve the right to remove or replace photos that are inappropriate or unrelated to the church.

Events

Only churches listed in the directory may submit events. Events must be hosted by or directly affiliated with the submitting church. We reserve the right to decline event submissions that are not appropriate for the directory.

Removal Requests

If you are a church representative and wish to have your listing removed from the directory, please contact us and we will process your request promptly.

Non-Denominational Policy

Tennessee Valley Churches does not favor any Christian denomination over another. We list Baptist, Methodist, Pentecostal, Church of God, Presbyterian, non-denominational, and all other Christian denominations equally, provided they meet our eligibility criteria above.
